Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to valid addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes where carrier rules prohibit peptide or temperature-sensitive handling. International shipping is not offered unless explicitly stated on the product or checkout page.

Processing time

Orders placed before noon Eastern Time on business days are typically processed the same day when inventory and payment verification allow. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders over $99. Standard rates apply below that threshold and are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.

Carriers and tracking

We use major US carriers. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships so you can follow delivery progress. Signature requirements may apply for high-value orders.

Delivery estimates

Transit times vary by region and carrier service—most domestic deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed; weather, carrier volume, and remote locations may cause delays.

Packaging

Research peptides are packed to minimize movement and exposure. Follow storage guidance on product labels and any documentation included with your shipment.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, or if the shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days through our contact page with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier and our Refund policy to resolve the issue.
