How we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for research peptide orders.

Our commitment

We stand behind the quality of our research materials. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order documentation, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Eligible issues

  • Product damaged in transit
  • Wrong item or quantity shipped
  • Documented quality concern supported by your order and batch information
  • Non-delivery when carrier tracking confirms a problem attributable to shipment

Reporting window

Please notify us within 7 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) via our contact page or info@valyxpeptides.com. Include your order number, photos of packaging and product where applicable, and a brief description of the issue.

Resolution options

After review, we may offer a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund to your original payment method. Partial refunds may apply when only part of an order is affected. Shipping charges may be refunded when the error is on our side.

Non-returnable situations

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored improperly after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong SKU, address, or quantity)
  • Delays caused by carrier weather, customs, or incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Products purchased for use outside stated research-only purposes

Return shipping

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and, when appropriate, a prepaid label. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Items must be returned in original sealed condition unless otherwise directed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
